Preeti D'mello is the Co-Founder and President of The Fulfillment Institute, a global learning and development organisation advancing fulfillment as a functional human capacity — in leadership, in culture, and in the way people experience their work.

Before founding TFI, she spent a decade as Global Head of Organizational Development, Coaching, Leadership Development, Diversity and Culture at Tata Consultancy Services — one of the world's largest employers operating across 49 countries. She built the coaching function from scratch. She created the DEI architecture that took TCS onto the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index. She ran leadership programs for 12,000 senior leaders and certified over 750 internal coaches through ICF-accredited programs.

Before TCS, she led South Asia for Pearson Learning Solutions, growing revenue 40% and transforming the Edexcel brand across the region. Her career spans IT services, publishing, international business, and education — over 35 years of moving into hard problems and making them easier for the people inside them.

She has previously served on the ICF Global Board for Coaching in Organizations, chaired the FICCI Diversity Task Force, and is completing a PhD in Wisdom Studies at Ubiquity University. She brings all of it — the data, the scar tissue, and the science — to every stage she stands on.
